How do vendors get added to this directory?

By referral and vetting rather than by fee. Owner recommendations carry the most weight — a vendor who has been dependable across real turnovers is exactly who belongs here. Vendors serving the four Gorge counties can reach out through the contact page; expect me to check references the same way I tell buyers to check a builder’s.

Is Central Property Services just your own company promoting itself?

It is my company, and the listing says so plainly — that is the point of the disclosure.
