Invest in the Gorge is run by one person wearing three licensed hats on purpose: Marcos Gil — Kentucky real estate agent with Keller Williams Commonwealth and owner of Central Property Services, the Beattyville repair company that maintains cabins across the region. The site exists because those three views of the same market, combined, produce answers nobody else can give.

Why This Site Exists
Gorge investors kept asking questions that listing sites cannot answer: what cabins actually cost to keep running, what county rules actually say, what the market actually does in February. We had the answers — from repair invoices, county phone calls, and transactions — so we published them, sourced and dated, and kept the sales pitch out of the data.
